WCRR will be hosting its annual open meet Wednesday JULY 16, 2026 thru Saturday JULY 19, 2026. Yes, if you have a train, you may come several days early if you wish!

Details: All railroaders nationwide are invited to bring their 7.5 in gauge trains and families and operate at WCRR during this July 2026 open meet.
Self contained RV's or tents may stay at WCRR. There is limited electricity and water hookups. All rolling stock must have drawbars between cars or couplers with safety chains.
The closest motel is Holiday Inn Express in Cedar Springs -- 2.5 miles from the track.
If you are a dog owner, please leave the pooch at home. Dogs will not be allowed on the property. So if you arrive with a dog, you will be asked to leave the property.
